I felt like Noah Wiley walking into The Library.Īutographs from David Kaye, Simon Furman, and Bob Budiansky, including two prints, a new compilation comic, and an official "Yeeessss." button. I literally saw more Transformers toys than I had ever seen in my life, not to mention a few MASK, Starcom, and some other bits of nostalgia. Simon Furman really does revel in his association with Transformers, and Bob Budiansky wishes people would talk about Ghost Rider instead. I learned that David Kaye is really quiet but super nice and really sweet with kids (despite our son being stricken super shy). Also a writer's panel that was cool and a script reading that was hilarious. I got to meet David Kaye, Simon Furman, and Bob Budiansky, and see an interview with Frank Welker (even got to ask him a question). Well, I will repost part of my summary from Facebook:
